If you're ready to make an investment in the Clearwater portfolio —

Please take a look at the Product Disclosure Document (PDS) for your chosen product. Please read through the related documents, which will help you understand how the fund works and the risks involved. The minimum initial investment in the fund is $1,000. Unfortunately, we can't accept cash. Please complete the application form you'll find in the PDS and send it to the address detailed in the application.

How to make additional investments

You can make additional investments at any time via Clearwater online (PFS connect). You can pay via your bank using direct credit or BPay. The minimum additional investment for either fund is $100.

BPAY Biller Code: 266841

Reference Number: Your Investor Account Number

Please note: if you are investing in more than one Fund, you will need to make separate payments for each Fund.

It’s up to you what you do with your income. You can choose to:

· Reinvest in the fund; or

Have your payment deposited into your Australian domiciled bank account

If you don't indicate a preference, we’ll automatically reinvest your distributions. There are no fees applied to the distributions that you reinvest.

How to access your money

You can withdraw part or all of your investment whenever you wish. Please let your financial planner know your intention, so that you can deal with the withdrawal process through them. Alternatively, you can complete your withdrawal instruction via Clearwater online. The minimum amount you can withdraw from either fund is $1,000. Once we receive your withdrawal request, we may act on your instruction without asking any more questions. However, your request must show your account number or investor details and your signature(s), or your authorised signatory's signature(s).

We will transfer the withdrawal proceeds to your nominated bank account within 14 days of receiving your request. In rare circumstances, the Constitution allows us to reject withdrawal requests and make payment up to 180 days after accepting a request, which may be extended in certain circumstances. To date, this has never occurred.
