US Election Preview

 

On Tuesday November 3rd, the US Election will be held to decide if we have Donald Trump or Joe Biden for the next 4 years. Just as in the past there will be much written about who will win and the impact on financial markets. This means that when forecasting there are three issues to get right or wrong! They are;

  • Who will win?

  • The policies that the victor will be able to pass through Government, and

  • The impact on financial markets.

According to the article, long term the outcome doesn’t really matter but in the lead up to the Election we could see increased volatility.
